Florida East Coast Travel Services Inc. (FLECTS), a subsidiary of the Florida Fruit & Vegetable Association, helps farm and non-farm employers in the United States by providing expertise for the recruitment of guest workers through the U.S. Department of Labor H-2A and H-2B visa programs. The company recruits workers, processes their entry requirements and transports those workers to job locations throughout the United States. In 2022, FLECTS served 370+ employers across 26 states, processing 7,400+ total H-2 visas.
The Florida Fruit & Vegetable Association (FFVA) is an agricultural trade organization whose membership represents the vast majority of fruit and vegetable production in the state of Florida. Serving Florida's grower-shipper community since 1943, FFVA’s membership produces a broad range of crops, including vegetables, citrus, tropical fruit, berries, sod, sugar cane, tree crops and more.
